Mind & Heart

at some point in life, everyone has to start taking responsibilities for the happenings in the small domain of the world one is involved in. it may so occur, and it generally does, that there may be quite a few responsibilities to be fulfilled simultaneously. hence the need to prioritize the responsibilities creeps in. the prioritization process involves a lot of factors involving the events going on in one's life(personal, commercial or whatever). there will be two sets of replies for prioritization, one from the brain and other from the heart and the person is 'real lucky' if these two sets coincides. in my opinion one should simply follow what the heart says (except in examination rooms !! :D). believe me, you will start loving your life. i say this because its always the mind which changes answers.

i dont mean that following your heart will guarantee you the most benefecial (monetarily or considering relationships) decision, as supposed by the 'world' but you will never regret the decision you made. you and only you will be in best position to analyse your life , the difficulties and the the challenges you face. anyone else in the whole world, to whom you may look up to for advice, will have different perspective depending upon his/her own experiences, no matter how noble minded the adviser may be. listening to your heart will give you long term satisfaction and happiness. well, there may be disturbances, since it is not 'the most beneficial' decision but now in this case these disturbances will be short lived. there will be an exception if you trust your adviser more than yourself(which to me means that you have lost the control of your life).

after the prioritization comes the fulfillment. all the responsibilities may not always be fulfilled to the desired extent. this definitely causes some unhappiness but again this will be short-lived. you will soon realize that this was the best you could have delivered under the given circumstances and a sense of satisfaction will fill you up. not to mention everyone has their own share of luck.

it all looks very simple. but the there's a huge problem prior to all this. you gotta be sure that you are listening to your heart and not being decieved. the human brain is so intelligent or selfish, whatever you prefer to call, that to make you accept its own set of replies it will even speak in heart's voice somehow managing to keep the heart silent. once you know how to distinguish among these the rest of the route to happiness is quite simple and enjoyable.

you have been given a human life, undestand its value and enjoy it.....leave the scavenging part for animals. heart is always pure and free from vices.
